This page explains what information Glamouria collects when you use this website or book an appointment, and how it is used.
Who we are
Glamouria is a hair and lash business run by Sandra from her home salon in Studlands, Newmarket. If you have a question about your information, send a message on Instagram at @glamouria.uk.
This website
This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. It does not set cookies.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting company (Cloudflare), which briefly processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type so the page can load securely. This is not used to identify you.
When you book
Appointments are booked on That Time, an online booking service, by WhatsApp request, or by Instagram message. When you book, Sandra receives the details you give, such as your name, contact details, the treatment and time you choose, and any photos of your hair or lashes you decide to send.
This is used only to arrange, carry out and follow up your appointment, including sending you the full address and directions. It is not sold or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for marketing unless you ask for it.
That Time and Instagram handle your booking details and messages under their own privacy policies. Payments and booking fees taken through That Time are handled by That Time and its payment providers.
Booking requests on WhatsApp. The “Request on WhatsApp” button builds your message on your own phone or computer and opens WhatsApp with it. Nothing you type is stored or sent by this website; it only reaches Sandra if you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Booking details are kept only as long as they are useful for your appointments and aftercare. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. To do any of this, send a message using the details above. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
