These terms cover appointments with Glamouria and the use of this website. By booking an appointment, you agree to them.
Booking
Appointments are booked on That Time or by Instagram message. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. Glamouria is a home salon, so the full address and directions are sent once your booking is confirmed.
Deposit
A deposit secures your appointment. The amount for each treatment is shown next to its price on the home page and on That Time. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable.
Prices
Prices are as listed on this website and on That Time. They may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one shown when you book. Consultations are free.
Changes and cancellations
If you cancel within 2 days of your appointment, 50% of the treatment price is charged. If you cancel within 1 day, 100% is charged.
Before your appointment
Please tell Sandra about anything she should know before your treatment, such as allergies, sensitive skin or eyes, or recent colour or chemical treatments on your hair, so it can be done safely. If you wear contact lenses, take them out before a lash appointment.
